Finest US Worldwide LLC (d/b/a Finest) operates finest-us.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from our store, and how we use it.

Information you provide:

•  Order information — products purchased, order history, messages you send us about an order
•  Account information, if you create an account
Information collected automatically:
•  Device and browsing information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the store
•  Cookies and similar technologies used by Shopify to operate the store (cart, checkout, analytics)
Payment information:
Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers (including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How we use your information
•  To fulfill and ship your orders, and to contact you about them
•  To process payments and prevent fraud
•  To respond to your messages and customer-service requests
•  To improve the store and understand which products people want
•  To send order updates and, if you opted in, marketing messages
•  To comply with legal obligations
3. Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the store:
•  Shopify — hosts the store and processes orders
•  Payment providers — process your payment securely
•  Shipping carriers (UPS and USPS) — deliver your order and provide tracking
•  Advertising and analytics providers — if we run ads (e.g. Meta / Instagram), they may receive limited browsing or purchase-event data to measure ad performance. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and understand store traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings, but some store features (like checkout) may not work without them.
5. Your choices
•  Marketing emails: unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email.
•  Access / correction / deletion: email finest.us2021@gmail.com and we will respond to your request as required by applicable law.
•  Do Not Track: we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
6. Data retention
We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, and to handle order questions.
7. Children's privacy
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
