By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

1. General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
Many of our products are produced in limited runs. When a product sells out, we may not restock it.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order, and to cancel any order, for any reason — including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you the amount charged.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. All sales final
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, we can't cancel, change, or refund it, except where required by applicable law.
This includes, but is not limited to:
•  Wrong size, color, or product selected at checkout
•  Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
•  Change of mind after purchase
Because of this, please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
5. Shipping and pre-orders
Orders ship within 5–9 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) via UPS and USPS. Some products are pre-orders and may take longer than the standard processing time — always read the product description before ordering. During drops and high-volume periods, processing may also take a little longer.

6. Payment
We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout, including major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
If a payment is declined, charged back, or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refuse future orders from you.
7. Intellectual property
All Finest designs, graphics, logos, artwork, product names, photographs, and site content are owned by Finest and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our designs or content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
Purchasing a product gives you the product itself — not the rights to the design on it.
8. Prohibited uses
In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
•  For any unlawful purpose
•  To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
•  To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
•  To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
•  To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
•  To submit false or misleading information
•  To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
•  To collect or track the personal information of others
•  To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
•  To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. and certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for them.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
